Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Introduction

Love & fury Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates nista, a Chrome extension and related services that help users virtually try on clothes while shopping online. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, retain, and delete information when you use nista.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and other information you provide when you join the waitlist, contact us, create an account, or sign in.

Try-on and wardrobe information

We may collect photos, clothing images, product links, size or fit preferences, generated try-on images, wardrobe items, and related information you choose to submit or create in nista.

Extension and usage information

We may collect technical and usage information needed to operate the extension, including browser, device, log, product-page, and interaction data.

Google and Gmail data

If you choose to connect Gmail, nista requests Google sign-in information and read-only Gmail access using these scopes:
openid, email, profile, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly.

With your permission, nista may access Gmail mailbox profile data, message identifiers, thread identifiers, history identifiers, labels, sender, subject, timestamps, snippets, message body, and message payloads for messages that may contain clothing purchase receipts, order confirmations, shipping confirmations, delivery confirmations, or similar receipt signals.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate nista's virtual try-on features.
  • To identify clothing purchase receipts and help add items you already own to your wardrobe.
  • To maintain your account, connected mailbox status, wardrobe, and purchase history.
  • To improve user-facing nista features, debug errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with law.
  • To respond to support, privacy, deletion, and waitlist requests.

4. Gmail Data Storage and Handling

When you connect Gmail, we store the mailbox email address, granted scopes, sync status, sync cursors, and an encrypted Google refresh token so nista can continue syncing purchase receipts you authorized us to access. We may also store extracted purchase facts, such as merchant name, order identifier, purchase date, product URLs, line items, size, color, quantity, price, and currency.

Where needed to provide the wardrobe and purchase-history feature, we may retain encrypted raw Gmail message evidence for messages classified as potential clothing purchase evidence. We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

nista's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate nista, such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, support, waitlist, security, and AI-processing providers. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and user-consent requirements for Google user data.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain account, wardrobe, try-on, and Gmail-derived purchase data while your account is active or as needed to provide nista, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you disconnect Gmail, nista stops future Gmail access, revokes the Google token where possible, clears the stored refresh token, and keeps only retained wardrobe or purchase records unless you ask us to delete them.

You may request deletion of your account data or retained Gmail-derived data by contacting us at withlovefury@gmail.com. We will delete or de-identify data in accordance with applicable law unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Photos and Face Data

Photos or images you submit may include your face or body. nista processes those images to provide virtual try-on and related user-facing features. We do not use face recognition to identify you, and we do not create or sell facial recognition templates.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may contact us to exercise those rights.

10. Children

nista is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
